I have tried out a few different group workout gyms around town and this one is by far my most favorite. Angel is super informative and has given me a completely new outlook on fitness and health. If you are willing to be honest with yourself and the habits you want to break he will definitely guide and challenge you in order to reach your goals. Another great thing about this gym is the people surrounding you. Everyone is extremely nice and motivational, and will cheer you on every step of the way. I have enjoyed coming here for over a year and look forward to the new programs Angel implements throughout the year.
